A corporate venture builder with varied leadership experiences in the venture capital and the consumer goods industry, Vivek is the co-founder, with an INSEAD classmate, of an innovative climate-tech VC fund. Earlier in his career, he set up and led Nestle’s pioneering Open Innovation Hubs in London & Singapore. Improving his skiing and French language skills, and travelling the world in search of new experiences (75+ countries and counting), keep him busy outside of work.

Pascal Prévost, IEP F/F’04Jun

Pascal spent many years in Paris, London, and New York, before settling in Switzerland in 2007. He started his career with Lloyd’s of London and gained broad experience in risk management, insurance, and employee benefits with international companies like Eurodisney and Nestlé. In 2023, he founded a firm that develops training programmes and risk-reward solutions for multinational organizations. He is a year-round sports enthusiast, active charity fundraiser, and loves good wines and cooking.

Lena Beckerleg, MBA ‘86D

Lena graduated with a MSc from the University of Linköping, Sweden, followed by an MBA from INSEAD. She worked in the fashion and luxury sector in France and the UK, including with Printemps, Givenchy, and Holland & Holland, before moving to Switzerland in 2007, where she spent 8 years as Head of Retail Operations & Innovation for Nespresso boutiques worldwide.  In 2015, she founded LAB International, a retail consultancy firm. A Swedish and Swiss national, she is married and has one adult child.

Eric Escale, EMFIN’23Feb

Eric has been a finance professional for 15 years. He started his career at the New York Stock Exchange before venturing into diverse roles with several banking institutions. His expertise spans financial markets, strategy, and management, and he currently contributes to risk management for a private bank in Geneva, with a focus on results and performance improvement. Outside of finance, his passions include golf and skydiving, reflecting his adventurous spirit.

Susanne Janssen, MBA ’96J

Susanne has over 15 years of experience as a Communications professional, having worked for IBM and Medtronic.  She is Swiss and British and grew up in the US, France, and Switzerland.  Following a decade in strategy consulting after her MBA, she has worked extensively in communications and marketing for global companies. Her work boosts employee engagement and protects companies’ brand and reputation. She is always learning and keen to improve efficiency through digitalization. Her interests are history, yoga, and sustainability. 

Alain Le Berre, MBA ’93D

Alain graduated in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris before completing his MBA at INSEAD. A Swiss and French dual citizen, he worked in Germany with Boston Consulting Group and in private equity, before moving to Paris as a partner with PwC and EY, and to London as a managing director in investment banking. Since 2010, he has served as an interim CFO, CEO, or turnaround manager for companies across EMEA. Alain has 2 adult children and is a board member and chair of several associations, as well as a qualified yoga teacher.

Clément Rey, MBA’09J

With over 15 years in MedTech, Clément has steered marketing teams and businesses across EMEA and Canada. Now based at Medtronic’s headquarters in Switzerland, he orchestrates the deployment of a comprehensive, AI-centric ecosystem for spinal and cranial surgery. Outside of work, Clément’s recent coaching certification underscores his passion for fostering sustainable growth among individuals and teams.  A happy husband and father of three teenage daughters, he loves outdoors sports.
