IWIB Swiss Mentoring Program

Connecting Swiss INSEAD alumnae and alumni to unlock their full potential

An inclusive, results-drive program

Each year, the IWIB mentoring program pairs 20 Swiss-based alumni with mentors for a nine month-long journey of growth, focused on the mentee’s personal and career goals. The IWIB mentoring program includes equal numbers of male and female participants and welcomes people of all ages and from all INSEAD programs.

Applications are due each year in January, after which mentees are invited to meet with several potential mentors to decide with whom they would like to match. Final pairs are announced in April and meet regularly until December, usually on a monthly basis.

The IWIB Advantage

By alumni for alumni.

As graduates of INSEAD, participants in the IWIB mentorship program already share a common background. That allows for faster progress.

Mindful matching.

Mentees are invited to meet with several potential mentors based on their objectives, before choosing the one that best fits their needs.

Tools for success.

A kick-off webinar and Q&A session sets the stage for a successful mentoring relationship, while a comprehensive toolkit of guidelines and templates ensures that mentoring sessions are efficient.

Diversity and inclusion.

The program is gender balanced and open to all ages and professional backgrounds. We also encourage reverse mentoring, in which recent graduates mentor older alumni.
