Dimitri Vaharis, MBA’17J 
Geneva Chapter President
Dimitri started his career at PwC and spent over six years at the company, developing expertise both in financial audit and M&A in the banking sector. After his MBA at INSEAD, he transitioned to asset management and currently co-leads a boutique investment firm in Geneva, with a focus on business development, technology, and regulatory innovation.
Dimitri has been an active member of the Geneva Chapter Committee since 2017 and was the organizer of the Annual Ski Weekend in 2019 and 2020. Outside of work, he is a seasoned sailor and balances his work life to follow his passions

Mina Draganova, MAP’17J
Geneva Chapter Committee Member

Mina is currently Global Brand and Strategy Director for Oral B and has held various roles at Procter & Gamble across developed (Europe, US) and developing markets (India, Middle East and Africa). Prior to that, Mina worked at Egon Zehnder, focusing on executive search in the Consumer and Retail Practice Group. She has lived in six countries on three continents. She holds a BA from Bocconi University and Nanyang University (Singapore) followed by the Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD. She is passionate about adventure travel, audio books and photography. Mina was the President of the Geneva Chapter before becoming Vice President of the INSEAD Alumni Association.

Odile Astréoud, MBA ‘15J

Odile is a fashion and luxury aficionada with expertise in strategy, sales and marketing. She started her career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Belgium, before moving to Zurich where she held various marketing roles for Swarovski. She is currently leads the Product Marketing department of watchmaker Vacheron Constantin, part of the Richemont group, in Geneva. A French and Belgian national, Odile holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD. As a foodie who is passionate about bringing people together,  she has been actively involved in organizing alumni networking events since she arrived in Geneva in 2018.

Doina Cebotari, MBA’13J

Doina’s career spans both the public and the private sectors. She joined the World Bank Group in 2006 to learn the ropes of policymaking then returned to her native Moldova to serve as an Advisor to the Prime Minister. After her MBA, she spent 5 years with McKinsey & Company. She then moved to Expedia Group, before leading the IPO of a medical device company as as Chief of Staff to the CEO. After that, she advised a healthcare-focused Venture Capital fund on ESG. She is currently with TE Connectivity, where she is responsible for crafting the Medical Business Unit’s strategy. Doina holds a BA in from Oxford University and an MA in International Economics and Development from Johns Hopkins University. She is married and has two children. A member of the Geneva committee since 2019, she is passionate about giving back to the INSEAD community.

Mayssa Scheib, MBA’14J
Geneva Chapter Acting President
Mayssa has been working in the wealth management industry since 2007.
She started her career with Credit Suisse in Beirut and moved with them to Geneva after her MBA.  In 2017, she joined Julius Baer and took on roles first in Dubai and then in Geneva. Currently, she is a Senior Relationship Manager developing the business with Family Offices and Boutique Advisors. Mayssa holds a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut and the SAQ Certified Wealth Management Advisor certificate. A foodie, traveller, and gamer, Mayssa is mostly a people enthusiast and is always at ease when she’s the host.

Ingrida Elijosiute, IEP’07

Ingrida is a highly experienced business advisor and board member working globally to build agile, customer-centric and innovative organizations. She facilitates digital transformations across a broad range of industries from mobile telecommunications to renewable energy. In her 25+ year career, she has led one of the business advisory service lines at Andersen and then at PwC, been a Board Member of BITĖ Group (Vodafone partner in the Baltics) and headed up the People Management Function for Microsoft Ukraine. Ingrida holds an MBA from Kaunas University of Technology and is a mentor for the INSEAD Board Directors’ Network. 

Beatriz Barros, MBA’15D

Beatriz is an experienced professional in Strategy, Finance and Business Development. She has had an international career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, covering different industries and functions, across several countries and continents. She has also worked in Strategy and Finance at Expedia, JTI, and COFCO in Geneva. Beatriz holds a double Master’s degree in Management & Engineering as well as an MBA from INSEAD. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and French, and is passionate about travel and books.

Victor Svensson, MCCC16S

Victor is the founder and CEO of The Hybrid Experience, a project created to enable leaders and organizations to lead and manage change, with a focus on the human experience in businesses. He graduated from the Executive Master in change at INSEAD 2017. Before creating The Hybrid Experience, Victor pursued a versatile career at Hewlett Packard. A Swedish national based in Geneva since 2016, he is married and has two teenage daughters.

Vincent Vanneau, MBA’18J

A healthcare innovation enthusiast, Vincent is currently Director of Corporate Development Strategy, BD&L and M&A at Alcon, the global leader in eye care, headquartered in Geneva.
Before that, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company for more than six years, with a focus on serving the pharma industry across the world in the area of strategy, M&A, organization and data.
