Andrea Ullmann, MBA ’10J

Andrea Ullmann is a marketing and sales executive with a strong expertise in business development and commercial strategy within the medical device industry. She has held a variety of roles in marketing, strategy, communications, project Management and commercial excellence in the USA, France, Germany and Switzerland. An active member of the INSEAD alumni community, Andrea is passionate about creating a more equitable world and is involved in various organizations that support this goal. She is the host of “Fish in the Boardroom”, a podcast focusing on how to bring more Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Swiss Leadership.

Mafalda Tenente, MBA ’06J

Mafalda Tenente is a Strategy Advisor and the former Head of Marketing Global Emerging Businesses in the Animal Health division at Eli Lilly, and previously Novartis. She has held a variety of roles in marketing, strategy and finance in healthcare, hospitality and the arts. Mafalda served on the Basel Chapter committee for three years and is Vice-President of the Swiss Board. She currently serves as an expert for the Kickstart Accelerator program, part of the new Digital Switzerland ecosystem.

Mary Antenen, IDP-C ’16

Mary is a Non-Executive Director of CGD, a state-owned Portuguese bank. Her corporate career spans 30+ years in various strategic, operational and financial management positions within international organizations, including as CFO. She is a graduate of INSEAD’s International Director’s Programme, and an active member of the INSEAD alumni community. She is involved in several other Zürich-based associations, and currently serves as an advisor for SONECT, a Swiss FinTech start-up.

Kathrin Niederlaender, GEMBA’17

Kathrin Niederlaender is an Operations executive developing and deploying strategies with a digital touch across operations in the consumer goods sector. She has held a variety of leadership roles in operational excellence, operational strategy and business development at Nestlé, Givaudan and Johnson & Johnson. She is passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion and connecting and developing people. As an active member of the INSEAD alumni community Kathrin develops and strengthens partnerships with other business schools.
