INSEAD Ski Weekend Verbier 
19-21 January, 2024

This much-loved social event is a great way to make new friends and spend quality time with old ones, while hitting the slopes at one of the best ski resorts in the Alps! 

During the day, Alumni Association volunteers will lead a range of activities for skiers and non-skiers alike. While participation is free of charge, we recommend you sign up as soon as possible to ensure the weekend runs smoothly.

Two optional dinners are organized on Friday and Saturday evening. If you wish to attend one or both dinners, please book your place by 7 January, 2024.

Friday
Dinner at Borsalino (centrally organized for ~80 participants)

Saturday
Ski and other group activities (centrally organized)
Lunch with your activity group
After-Ski (Recommendation centrally organized)
Apéro and dinner at La Channe followed by drinks (centrally organized for ~100 participants)

Sunday
Morning ski and other group activities (self-organized)
Lunch with your activity group (self-organized)
Apéro (self-organized)

Registration and Activities
For the Ski and other activities planned for Saturday, we need you to make a final choice of which category of activity and ski level you would like to choose. Based on your choice, we will assign groups (of ~8 people) and you will receive information on the group that you are assigned to, the name and contact info of the group lead and participants latest by Friday 19 January, 2024.

Dinner registration
Please sign up by 7 January, 2024 to reserve your spot for the optional dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings. Around 80-100 participants joined us last year for a fun evening of good food and great conversations. Please note capacity is limited, so first come first served. Click the links below to register:

Accommodation
Please make your own accommodation arrangements asap to avoid high last-minute prices. We recommend booking a place close to the Medran Lifts in Verbier. Alternatively, you could also consider staying in Le Chable, at the base of the mountain, and taking the lift to Verbier.
 
Communication:
To streamline the experience, a Whatsapp Group has been created and we encourage you all to join it here. Communication over the weekend will be centralized on this platform.
