17 Nov Building The Hydrogen Supply Chain

Energy Club / 18:00 - 19:15

Dear Alumni,
You are invited to join and discuss with clean energy ecosystem executives about the future of the hydrogen supply chain. The two-session online event is organized by the new INSEAD Alumni Energy Club Switzerland.

Building The Hydrogen Supply Chain

November 9, 2021 Session 1 Transforming the largest gasoline terminal in Europe into a hydrogen terminal with new technologies

November 17, 2021 Session 2 Behind the scenes: ammonia and liquid hydrogen supply chain

Hydrogen is increasingly seen as a viable clean energy alternative, especially for high carbon emitting sectors. The European Commission, for instance, set a green hydrogen production goal of up to 10 million tons by 2030 in its Hydrogen Strategy. To ensure integration of hydrogen with energy systems at a local and global level, it is essential to address unanswered questions about how millions of tons of hydrogen will be transported and stored. Join our panel discussions with executives from established companies and startups to address some of these questions. Both panels will be moderated by Noam Boussidan, Platform Curator on Energy, World Economic Forum, Switzerland, with forewords by Marco Montefiori, President, INSEAD Energy Club Switzerland.
