You are invited to join the Entrepreneurship Club‘s first event of the year, focusing Food and Health, two of the fastest-growing sectors today. Our panelist are Tanja Zimmermann-Burgerstein, CEO of Burgerstein Vitamins, Fabia Löw, founder of chocolate company Löw Delights and INSEAD professor of Entrepreneurship Henrich R. Greve.

Join us for an lively panel discussion exploring two fast-growing sectors, Health and Food, with two seasoned entrepreneurs and Henrich R. Greve, Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD.
 
Our panelists, Tanja Zimmermann-Burgerstein, CEO of Burgerstein Vitamins, and Fabia Löw, founder of Löw Delights, will discuss the pleasures and challenges of family entrepreneurship. Tanja, who took over from her father as CEO of the family-run company will share how she has driven innovation by developing a new segment, personalized micronutrients. Fabia, who founded Löw Delights with her sister Laura, will discuss how to stand out in a crowded field by tapping into health-conscious trends.

Tanja Zimmermann-Burgerstein joined the family business in 1996 as Marketing Director. In 2016 she took over the position of CEO from her father and has further expanded the business. Today Burgerstein is the go-to offering for vitamins and supplements in Switzerland. With “Burgerstein Microcare,” Tanja introduced a new tailor-made micronutrient treatment to meet everybody’s personal needs.
A trained chef, Fabia Löw founded Löw Delights together with her sister Laura in 2014, following in the footsteps of their grandfather who was already an entrepreneur. She sees herself as an ambassador for conscious pleasure: all Löw’s pralinés were invented in her laboratory, and 80% of its range is now vegan.

Henrich R. Greve is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and the Rudolf and Valeria Maag Chaired Professor in Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. Henrich’s research focuses on the causes and consequences of strategic change in organisations, and he also studies organisational innovations and founding and growth of organisations in young industries.
