Join us for a stimulating panel discussion on Gender Parnership with expert speakers from leading global companies moderated by Catalyst’s Anna Manuzzi. Three seasoned professionals will share their insights on how diversity and inclusion can help companies can help unlock innovation and empower business success.

You can look forward to an evening of learning, lively dialogue and networking with members of SAMBA, the INSEAD Women in Business club, and participants from Catalyst’s network of supporter companies.

Speakers

	Heidi Robertson Heidi is Group Head of D&I at ABB. She has lived and worked across Europe and the US, gaining valuable understanding of people and cultures. She believes that managers and leaders have a particular responsibility to foster a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
	Dr Guenther Dobrauz Guenther is a Partner with PwC in Zurich and Head of PwC Legal Switzerland. He is the author of several books on innovation and disruption. As an entrepreneur and innovator, he believes in providing an inspiring, rewarding, and respectful environment for diverse, interdisciplinary teams to collaborate effectively.
	Matthias Mölleney A former Senior VP Human Resources at Swissair and founder of peopleXpert GmbH, Matthias is Head of the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich since 2010. He is also a director of the Future of Work Forum and a member of several boards.
	Anna Manuzzi (moderator) Anna is a D&I expert at Catalyst. She is passionate about providing people with the tools to make a positive change in their lives. She believes that change happens incrementally at the individual level, and works to facilitate this through workshops and writing.
