Frederic Van Mullen will talk us through Medtronic’s journey to building a culture of inclusivity. A global leader in medical technology, Medtronic has received numerous honours for its commitment to D&I in the workplace, including Forbes Magazine Best Employer and DiversityInc Top 10 Employers for Diversity. How did it get there? What lessons were learned along the way? And how does a diverse and inclusive workplace drive its competitiveness today? Frederic will answer these questions and more in his talk and Q&A session.
The IWIB Swiss Role Model Series aims to bring visibility to pioneers in diversity and inclusion. The series is organized in collaboration with Fish in the Boardroom, a podcast about diversity and inclusion in Swiss leadership.
IWIB events are open to all alumni, regardless of promotion year, gender, or organization. This event is opened to non-INSEAD Alumni.
