Tough Conversations: Power Breakfast Workshop with Rethink Performance Team, Zurich
November 28, 2019
Leaders at all levels are faced with conflicts. Unresolved, the conflicts lead to communication breakdown, avoiding people and situations. Then teams get affected. Meanwhile, leaders inwardly begin to question their own abilities, worth and even their career choices. These are the kinds of hidden messes that Sima Newell and Laurence Methot, executive coaches and co-founders of Rethink Performance Sàrl, have experience resolving, giving clients the ability, and energy, to achieve career and lifestyle goals, or make a desired impact. The workshop offers practical, interactive techniques. It will be hosted by Mafalda Tenente, MBA 06J, IWIB President Zurich. Breakfast will be available before and after the workshop. Join us for a great learning event and be inspired!
