Dear Alumni, INSEAD stands for business as a force for good, and the Swiss IWIB is taking that to heart by proposing a delightful vibrant Friday evening of music, cocktails and fun-for-good to support IFPD’s poverty-relieving entrepreneurship programs for women and youth.
IFPD Benefit Concert: Gilles Apap & Friends, Rosey Concert Hall, Rolle October 25, 2019 Join us for an outstanding concert by violinist Gilles Apap and his friends, Michael Gutmann and the Menuhin Academy. Gilles Apap is a world-renowned French violinist (www.gillesapap.com). Michael Guttman is a violinist, conductor and the musical director of several international festivals, such as the Crans-Montana Classics in Switzerland.
The mix of Bluegrass, Bartok, Bulgarian, Bach and improv music travels across history and geography. You may discover yourself humming along with the entire audience. The concert will be followed by a networking cocktail and a surprise tombola.
The evening is organized by and for the benefit of the IFPD (www.ifpd.org), the Swiss foundation now celebrating 20 years of impact working with the poorest in Switzerland and abroad. IFPD designs community-owned solutions to address the needs of the most vulnerable families using sustainable economic models that focus on social entrepreneurship for women and youth. The program is supported by Bertrand Piccard.
