The Private Equity Evolution with Moonfare: Democratizing the Asset Class
INSEAD Afterwork drink
Thurday, 22 May 2025

The private equity industry is undergoing a quiet evolution: what was once the domain of institutions and ultra-high-net-worth investors is gradually opening to a broader audience. Regulatory shifts, new platforms, and evolving investor demand are driving the democratization of private markets, creating both opportunities and challenges for the industry.

To explore this trend, the INSEAD Private Equity Club invites you to an informal afterwork drink at Restaurant La Potinière in Geneva. We are pleased to welcome a senior executive from Moonfare, a leading digital investment platform that enables qualified individual investors to access top-tier private equity funds.

The speaker will share Moonfare’s growth story, discuss how technology and innovation are reshaping access to private equity, and provide insight into how the firm is navigating regulatory, operational, and investor-related hurdles in opening the asset class to a wider base.

The presentation will be followed by networking and apéro drinks with fellow INSEAD alumni and professionals interested in the space.
Spots are limited – we look forward to seeing you there!
