Art Basel Guided Tour / Drinks + Dinner party

The Basel Chapter looks forward to welcoming alumni from across Switzerland on Saturday 21 June for our main cultural and social event of the year, a guided tour of Art Basel followed by drinks and dinner.

This is a unique opportunity to discover one of the world’s most prestigious international art fairs, featuring over 200 leading galleries and more than 4,000 artists from every continent. Friends and family, including children, are welcome to come along to enjoy the art and get to know each other in a fun and social atmosphere!

We will meet directly at the Congress Centre at 15:30 at HALL 1. After discovering the artworks on display in the company of an expert guide, there will be time to enjoy the rest of the exhibition at each person’s pace/time.

We will reconvene at UFER 7, a restaurant right by the Rhine, 10 mins walk or 3 minutes Tram away from Art Basel. There, we will enjoy drinks followed by dinner in a “Privé” Terrace (counting on great weather) reserved exclusively for our group, with a bar and music.

Children are most welcome to join this family-friendly event! Art Basel offers free childcare for children aged 4–12 through the Art Kids activity programme. Babysitting is also available for children under 4 (more information on the Art Basel website under “Art Kids”). Please note, food for children at restaurant Ufer 7 will be paid directly at the restaurant, at each’s own consumption.

Option 1: Tour and Dinner Ticket without admission (Art Basel admission must be purchased separately – as it is required for the tour)

Option 2: Dinner only
CHF 75 NAA Members (paid-up) // 105 CHF Alumni non-member partners and guests
Price includes: Drinks and Dinner at UFER 7
 
CHILDREN’S TICKETS Please purchase a ticket (and admission) for any children age 12 and older joining the guided tour. For younger children, or those not participating in the tour, not ticket is needed, and food and drinks can be ordered and paid directly at UFER 7.
 
Children of all ages are welcome to our “Privé” space at UFER 7.
