12 Oct Finance your Management Buy-In, Zurich

IPEC, Zurich / 16:00 - 20:00

Dear Alumni,
The INSEAD Private Equity Club (IPEC) of Switzerland invites you to its second Management Buy-in (MBI) workshop.

Zurich IPEC

Management Buy-in (MBI) Financing: Present your Management-Buy-In Approach to Equity and Debt Providers, Zurich
October 12, 2022

In September 2021, 40 INSEAD alumnae and alumni spent a full Saturday to participate in an event to learn about searching and executing the purchase of their own company.

In 2022, we advance the process one step further. A selection of prospective buy-in managers is given the opportunity to present their management-buy-in approach to a panel of equity and debt providers that are in search for their next project. This time, it’s the participants to present and the panel to ask questions. For an MBI manager, this interaction may well be first the step to a future collaboration.
