February 12, 2020

Join us to hear State Secretary Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch’s unique perspective on Swiss and global trade based on her experience leading the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Foreign Economic Affairs Directorate since 2011. These years following the financial crisis comprised of many challenges for the Swiss economy and its foreign trade. Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch acts as the country’s representative, advisor to the federal council, or as negotiator; and not just in Berne, but in places like the Oval Office or in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. This is a unique opportunity to learn about global trade politics from a fellow INSEAD alumna who is a true insider. There will be a possibility for Q&A after the podium presentation, followed by networking, a light dinner, and drinks.
