GenAI 18 months in: How to bring tangible value to enterprises?
Wednesday 10 July, 2024

It’s been 1.5 years since Generative AI has gone mainstream and company priorities are shifting: after an initial phase of understanding and experimenting with GenAI the focus is increasingly on how to capture real business value from use cases. As companies start to look beyond the prototype stage they face a host of new problems that transcend every layer of the organisation. Scaling GenAI is the next frontier – together, with an exciting line-up of data & AI leaders from banking, insurance, life sciences and consulting we’ll discuss its multifaceted complexity including questions such as:

    • Which Gen AI use case are companies scaling first and how are they approaching it?
    • How are the pioneers approaching it? What separates them from the rest?
    • What are the major challenges companies are facing when scaling GenAI (e.g. new risks)?
    • What are track records and ambitions in realising measurable business value from GenAI?
