Dear INSEAD alumni,
 
In a continuous effort to find new and innovative ways to support our members, the IWIB introduces peer-to-peer group coaching sessions. Our aim with this initiative is to empower women by fostering open exchange and personal growth.
 
How amazing would it be to be part of a group of leaders that help each other through the challenges of everyday management? Imagine a group of trusted supporters that provide you with a neutral and safe place to discuss openly sensitive and personal topics. While at the same time, providing you with a chance to strengthen your own coaching skills and your network. The peer-to-peer group coaching program provides you with exactly that.
 
Every second Tuesday of the month from March to June 2021, we will offer this unique opportunity to a group of max 15 participants for a pilot online edition.
 
The simple and yet effective methodology will be introduced in the first session and will allow for a wide range of individual topics to be addressed so that each participant will have their challenges addressed. Furthermore, to intensify the exposure of our participants and allow you to strengthen your network beyond INSEAD, we will open a few seats to IMD Alumni for this unique offer.
 
To ensure group cohesion and individual accountability, we ask each participant to commit to all 4 monthly meetings. The meetings will be held online. If you are “zoomed out”, rest assured, that these are not like regular online sessions. You will come out of it much more energized than when you arrive.
