LPs Going Direct: May 27 Evening with Prof Claudia Zeisberger and Michael Prahl in Zürich

Join us on Tuesday May 27th at Zunfthaus zur Saffran for a presentation and dialogue with Prof. Claudia Zeisberger who heads up INSEAD’s Global Private Equity Initiative, and teaches Private Equity, Turnaround and Risk Management at the school. She is joined by Michael Prahl, Executive Director of the Private Equity Centre and INSEAD alumnus.

Their talk, “LPs Going Direct: from coinvesting to direct investments” will focus on how limited partners (LPs) and institutional investors in Private Equity have shifted focus towards a more direct involvement in transactions, beyond co-investing. Why it is happening now, what are the implications, and how it can be successfully implemented, are just three of the topics they will address. They will also be happy to update alumni on recent developments at the school.
