IWIB INSEAD Women in Business club hosts Annabella Bassler, Group CFO, Ringier, a Swiss-based media company with annual revenues approaching CHF1 bn. Annabella will talk about D&I, drawing on her own experience and what she has learned over the past 3 years leading the Ringier Equal Voice initiative, an internal and external strategy to improve the visibility of women in media. It uses tech (an algorithm to track media inclusion and coverage of women) as one of the ways to keep the discussion fact-based.
