The first Swiss IWIB’s Role Model Series on October 11, 2021, featured alumna Kathrin Amacker IDP-C’20Jun who shared concrete examples and tips about diversity and inclusion, drawing on her personal experience. Kathrin is on the board of directors at CRO:SWISS and University of Basel. She gained extensive experience in introducing diversity initiative as the head of Diversity and Inclusion at Novartis from 2003 to 2010.
