More than 160 alumni registered for a lively lunchtime briefing about startup valuations and venture capital term sheets. Focusing primarily on the Swiss environment, David Sidler, Head Private Investors at Verve Ventures, delivered fresh knowledge along with insights informed by more than a decade of early stage investing.
The event was hosted by the INSEAD Private Equity Club of Switzerland (IPEC). It was moderated and organized by Richard Bissonnet, MBA’81, IPEC Switzerland Committee Member, with participation by Martin Spirig, MBA’06J, IPEC Switzerland President.
