Lunch and Learn – Beyond the AI Hype, practical lessons from the field

Welcome to an interactive session to explore how to unlock value from Gen AI deployments in business environments.
The exchange will be kicked off by our panel, which will share their lessons learned from the past years of work on Gen AI implementation in various settings and industries. The panel will cover 3 perspectives:

• From a management consultant perspective, helping companies design and implement Gen AI strategies and use cases

• From a business and user perspective, leading pioneering work on Gen AI implementation

• From an organizational development and change perspective, guiding leaders and teams in their Gen AI adoption efforts

The lessons learned shared by the panel are intended to stimulate a wider exchange between all participants on their own experiences, challenges, and lessons learned.
We will wrap up with a plenary session on how to cope with the challenges and discuss what it takes to unlock the value.
 
Speakers
The panel consists of Ricardo, Tayma, and Victor, based in Geneva / Lausanne

	Ricardo ARCE – Data and AI Advisor INSEAD MBA 05D Founder of Prediqt, a data and AI consultancy, with experience deploying AI solutions across diverse settings including McKinsey’s AI Center of Excellence.
	Tayma Khalil – Head of Strategy / COOINSEAD MBA 11J15+ years of experience across consulting (McKinsey), strategy (Expedia Group) and operations (Labatec) with a clear focus on driving enterprise value and growth initiatives.
	Victor SVENSSON – Consultant & Coach Executive Masters in Change INSEAD EMCCC’16S. Founder & CEO of The Hybrid Experience. A Geneva based firm specialized in organizational development, change & transformation.
