The INSEAD-CERN alliance is a unique program, led by Professors Bill Magill and Adrian Johnson (MBA J90) who also will attend the event, designed to create commercial value from the deep science innovations developed by CERN : the world’s largest high-energy physics laboratory. As part of this alliance, the Deep-Tech KMC has been designed to explore the commercialisation of CERN innovations through start-up creation, knowledge transfer to existing organisations, or other creative construct.

Han Dols Head of Business Development & Entrepreneurship @ CERN Han is Section Leader of the Business Development & Entrepreneurship Section. He joined the CERN Knowledge Transfer Group in September 2017 with responsibility for business development and building industrial partnerships and was appointed Section Leader in January 2019. The Section aims to accelerate innovation in the field of Environment, Healthcare, Digital, Quantum and Aerospace with companies, start-ups, and institutes in the CERN Member States and Associate Member States.
Ash Ravikumar Entrepreneurship Development Officer Startups @ CERN Ash joined CERN’s Knowledge Transfer Group in August 2019 as Entrepreneurship Development Officer, with responsibility for managing the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) network and foster a culture of entrepreneurship at CERN. Prior to joining CERN, Ash held roles in Business development and commercialization at universities in the USA and Australia, and with Honeywell in India.
