Ludo Van der Heyden was co-Dean of INSEAD from 1990-1995.  He holds an Engineering Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from Yale University. He lectures on governance, leadership, team dynamics, fairness in business and society, and innovation.
