Swiss INSEAD Ski Weekend 2025
Friday to Sunday, 17–19 January 2025, Verbier
Registration is open for the 26th edition of
our traditional alumni ski weekend in Verbier!
This much-loved social event is a great way to make new friends and spend quality time with old ones, while hitting the slopes at one of the best ski resorts in the Alps.
On Saturday, Alumni Association volunteers will lead a range of activities for skiers and non-skiers alike, followed by apres-ski drinks.
Two dinners are organized on Friday and Saturday evening. If you wish to attend one or both dinners, please book your place by COB 7 January 2025.
On Sunday, you are free to enjoy your favorite snow-based activity with fellow alumni in self-organized groups.
We expect over 120 participants for this 26th INSEAD Ski Weekend, so register soon to secure your spot, as they usually go fast!

Friday 17 January
19:30 Welcome drinks followed by dinner at Borsalino
(pre-organized for approx. 80 people)
Saturday 18 January
08:00 Ski and other group activities (pre-organized)
12:00 Lunch with your activity group
15:30 Après-ski drinks (pre-organized)
19:30 Drinks and dinner at La Channe (pre-organized for approx 115 people)
From 22:00: Clubbing at Le Farinet followed by South

Weekend registration
A registration fee of 20 CHF is charged to all participants to cover materials for the activities, the venue-imposed minimum spend for the drinks after the Saturday night dinner, and welcome drinks.
Saturday activity groups
Select the of activity you wish to join on Saturday. For skiers, please indicate your level. We recommend you sign up as soon as possible and no later than Monday, 13 January 2025.
We will assign you to a group according to level (around 8 people). You will receive the name and contact inforimation for the group lead and the other participants by Thursday, 16 January 2025 at the latest.
Friday and Saturday night dinners
Please sign up by 7 January 2025 to reserve your spot for the optional dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings. Capacity is limited, so spots are first come first served!

Equipment hire
If you plan to rent equipment in Verbier, our group enjoys a 20% discount on rentals pre-booked. with Mountain Air (not available for walk-ins).
Accommodation
Please make your own accommodation arrangements as soon as possible to avoid high last-minute prices.
We recommend booking close to the Medran Lifts in Verbier. Alternatively, you could also consider staying in Le Châble, at the base of the mountain, and taking the lift to Verbier.
