We have good news for those of you that were inspired to go further into the theme of “Leading with Purpose” after attending the INSEAD Alumni Forum Europe in Geneva in June 2019, and for those who could not get a ticket to the sold-out event that attracted 500 guests! We have invited Ashoka, the world’s largest and longest established network of social entrepreneurs, to collaborate on a memorable evening conference in Zurich. Join us to discover how two Swiss leaders, both of whom are Ashoka Fellows (social entrepreneurs) achieving professional fulfillment and purposeful lives. Register now to learn about leading with purpose, social entrepreneurship, and current opportunities from the Ashoka Fellows and Ashoka Support Network members (business leaders who provide support with funds and time) who will be on hand.

Ashoka has pioneered the field 35 years ago and has supported more than 3,500 social entrepreneurs across the globe. These leaders are elected as ‘Ashoka Fellows’, and Ashoka helps them grow unexpected ideas into transformative social progress. Speakers

Nicola Forster, founder of Swiss Forum of Foreign Policy (foraus)
An Ashoka Fellow since 2016, Nicola describes himself as a political entrepreneur. He is the founder of foraus, a volunteer-driven think-tank focused on policy and civic engagement, which he led until 2019. He also established the Science et Cité foundation, a co-founder of Operation Libero, a spinoff of foraus, and Staatslabor, which promotes innovation in the public sector, among other entrepreneurial endeavours. Nicola is co-president of the Zurich section of the Green Liberal Party.Green Liberal Party.
Caroline Kant, founder and Executive Director of EspeRare Foundation
An Ashoka Fellow since 2014, Caroline founded Esperare Foundation, a pharmaceutical company that develop therapies for rare diseases, and is structured as a private non-profit company. She has been nominated Swiss Woman entrepreneur of the year in 2015 and is also a jury member of the annual Prix Strategis, which recognizes the best startups in Switzerland. Caroline began her career in R&D at Merck Life Science.
Alain Nicod, MBA’83, Chairman, Ashoka Switzerland
In addition to being Managing Partner, VI Partners, a leading Swiss VC investor,  and chairing Ashoka Switzerland, Alain is a member of the board of the Verbier Festival, Race for Water and W.A. De Vigier. He also serves on the board of several entrepreneurial businesses in Suisse Romande.

Emilie Romon, Partner, Ashoka Switzerland, and Global Co-Lead Ashoka Support Network
Emilie builds and manages international partnerships to support social entrepreneurs in scaling up their impact globally and co-leads the Ashoka Support Network of leaders who stand by and advance Ashoka’s vision. Before that she was managing the OECD Global Network of Foundations Working for Development (netFWD) and is the co-founder of the OECD Centre on Philanthropy. Prior to joining the OECD, Emilie served the Swiss Delegation to the OECD as diplomatic assistant on policy and governance-related issues.
