In today’s world, there is no doubt that negotiation skills are critical for success in business. Yet research shows that men and women have very different approaches to negotiation and that even when women use similar techniques to men’s, they are perceived differently. Giuseppe Conti will shed light on each gender’s approach to negotiation, and provide some great tips for women on how to become master negotiators! This joint event with IMD will take place at the Impact Hub in Geneva (near the station).
